Join me on the mat for 90minutes of uplifting and blissful "YOU TIME" Expect grounding breathwork to stay centred through your practice coupled with nourishing flowing movement to prepare you for a deep guided relaxation. Boost your mind, body and soul - sign up for just £18 and start your Sunday right. This practice is open to all abilities - beginners welcome and pre/post natal variations can be given Yoga mats and props are available at the studio but not blankets so please bring your own for a cosy final relaxation. Please note there is a 48hour cancellation policy whereby if less than 48hours notice is given or no show to class a full session fee will be charged.

Hatha Yoga - Virtual via Zoom

During the classes we will explore real yoga, we have a different theme each week but every class will have: Pranayama (breathwork) so we learn how it can help to ease the mind. Yogic philosophy so we understand and honour the roots of where the practice comes from,. The physical practice known as asana to build body awareness, strength & stamina with warm up exercises, Sun Salutations and postures both in standing sequences and seated. Relaxation techniques to close the class such as yoga nidra or a guided visualisation & meditation All levels of Yoga Practitioner are welcome from beginners to advanced and prenatal options can be given - all GOYM classes are inclusive to all.

Join us to mark this half way point of the year guiding you to access the inner light and fire of this celebration, so you can harvest a sense of confidence and strength. Take this opportunity to reflect on what you want to let go of, and what you want to take with you into the second half of the year. I'm truly excited to offer a series of mini-retreats through 2024. These are designed to help us navigate the challenges and life lessons the outside world throws in our path, to learn not only from the experts in their field I've chosen to work with, but also learn from each other. We are hard wired to commune and we absolutely need our community/tribe of like minded people where we feel safe to speak our truth, truly be ourselves & to restore our nervous system, body, mind and soul. For this special event I'm joining forces with Peace of Mind Berkshire and Trust The Goddess to bring you an afternoon to soothe scattered minds & frayed nerves.
