Join me on the mat for 90minutes of uplifting and blissful "YOU TIME" Expect grounding breathwork to stay centred through your practice coupled with nourishing flowing movement to prepare you for a deep guided relaxation. Boost your mind, body and soul - sign up for just £18 and start your Sunday right. This practice is open to all abilities - beginners welcome and pre/post natal variations can be given Yoga mats and props are available at the studio but not blankets so please bring your own for a cosy final relaxation. Please note there is a 48hour cancellation policy whereby if less than 48hours notice is given or no show to class a full session fee will be charged.

Here’s what to expect from my monthly workshops: Nourish & Glow with Jo - 10th April I’ll guide you throo gentle movement to warm the body into sun salutes to welcome Spring ( then my favourite yoga poses leaving your body feeling energised, your worries soothed and mind empowered. We’ll also spend time exploring the power of breath. As I know we are all feeling a little anxious & exhausted from lockdown3, we will use my favourite go to & truly transformative breathwork practice which will bring us all back home to a place of calm and safety. Finally, we shall go super luxe on the relaxation, focussing the mind on letting go of all the week’s “stuff” leaving you truly relaxed, restored & transformed. Moment of Calm with Jo & Steve 15th May Steve will guide you through a Qi Gong standing sequence of beautiful calming movements then bring you to the seated practice of Yin Yoga = bliss! Then Jo will guide you to explore the power of breath.
