30 minutes of non stop cardio dance fitness! Open to all adults *classes can include squats, jumps and lunges but can be simplified by the attendee as required* Mondays and Tuesdays at 6pm, Thursdays at 6.45pm and Fridays at 7.30amvirtualMTWTFSS
1 Hour of dance fitness live in Horsham! This class is a cardio-based, all over body workout with some high intensity elements, resistance elements to help tone muscles and fun dance-style moves. The routines are easy to follow along with and we offer adaptations and alternatives for every routine so you can make it as easy or as intense as you want!MTWTFSS
Lets transition from Human Doing to Human Being simply by taking some precious YOU TIME and enjoy a yoga practice. During the classes you will experience breathwork to ease busy minds and reconnect to our body with gentle warm up sequences & Sun Salutations and build trength & stamina with standing & seated postures, finishing the practice with a deep guided relaxation. Jo will guide you through a a nourishing breathwork practice with Hatha Yoga Flow inspired by the element of fire to allow us an opening towards the future, expanding your personal growth and recognising the light you have within that needs tending daily to be the brightest version of you yet. Whilst Steve will guide you in a beautiful Qi Gong practice, known as a moving meditation, coordinating slow-flowing grounding movement with mindful breath, allowing you to find a place of peace and calm followed by Yin Yoga to lead you into a deeper place of relaxation to restore and transform mind body and soul. All of this is followed with tea and cake! Lets welcome in the second half of the year nourished, replenished and restored.
