Take a mini retreat away from all of lifes day to day demands and invest in 3hours of blissful YOU TIME. We will take you on a personal guided tour through our favourite go to practices of Hatha Yoga, Qi Gong, Pranayama with Meditation and Yin & Restorative Yoga, all of which will enhance clear thinking, well-being and deep healing for mind, body & soul. Expect grounding & centering breathwork, moving meditations and mindful movement ending with a blissful guided deep relaxation. All of this followed with tea and cake! Here’s what to expect from my monthly workshops: Nourish & Glow with Jo - 10th April I’ll guide you throo gentle movement to warm the body into sun salutes to welcome Spring ( then my favourite yoga poses leaving your body feeling energised, your worries soothed and mind empowered. We’ll also spend time exploring the power of breath. As I know we are all feeling a little anxious & exhausted from lockdown3, we will use my favourite go to & truly transformative breathwork practice which will bring us all back home to a place of calm and safety. Finally, we shall go super luxe on the relaxation, focussing the mind on letting go of all the week’s “stuff” leaving you truly relaxed, restored & transformed. Moment of Calm with Jo & Steve 15th May Steve will guide you through a Qi Gong standing sequence of beautiful calming movements then bring you to the seated practice of Yin Yoga = bliss! Then Jo will guide you to explore the power of breath. As we may all be feeling a little anxious & exhausted with heading out (hopefully) of lockdown3, we will use a favourite go to & truly transformative breathwork practice which will bring us all back home to a place of calm and safety.
