Evening Hatha Flow Yoga class
Lets transition from Human Doing to Human Being simply by taking some precious YOU TIME and enjoy a yoga practice.
During the classes you will experience breathwork to ease busy minds and reconnect to our body with gentle warm up sequences & Sun Salutations and build trength & stamina with standing & seated postures, finishing the practice with a deep guided relaxation.
