Wellbeing Workshop - Saturday 15th May

Join Steve & I for 2hrs of YOU TIME. Here’s what to expect from our workshop. Steve will guide you through a Qi Gong standing sequence of beautiful calming movements then bring you to the seated practice of Yin Yoga = bliss! I will guide you to explore the power of breath. As I know we are all feeling a little anxious & exhausted exploring our way out (hopefully) from lockdown3, we will use my favourite go to & truly transformative breathwork practice which will bring us all back home to a place of calm and safety. Finally, I’ll take you into super luxe relaxation using restorative yoga focussing the mind on letting go of all the week’s “stuff” leaving you truly relaxed, restored & transformed. Get your zen den ready bit of mood lighting, a gorgeous candle, crystals, blanket AND if you’ve a hot water bottle or heated wheat pack that will come in very handy too...! This workshop will leave you feeling energised, your worries soothed and mind empowered ready for the best weekend.

Flit Fitness 1 Hour Class in Horsham

1 Hour of dance fitness live in Horsham! This class is a cardio-based, all over body workout with some high intensity elements, resistance elements to help tone muscles and fun dance-style moves. The routines are easy to follow along with and we offer adaptations and alternatives for every routine so you can make it as easy or as intense as you want!

Inner Reset Afternoon Retreat

Inner Reset Afternoon Retreat Sunday 7th December at 2.30pm – 5.30pm, Henley Yoga Studio Experience an inner reset afternoon retreat to bring harmony and healing through the delicate nervous system. A restful and restorative practice to leave you feeling warm and nourished from within. Join Rachel and Jo to experience an inner reset to cradle yourself with warmth and nourishment this winter. We will be sharing an afternoon of blissful restorative yoga with calming breathwork to ease busy minds and frayed nerves. Followed by a sublime crystalline sound healing experience to allow for a surrender as we journey with the ethereal tones of the singing bowls. We will finish our restorative afternoon by sharing a steaming chai tea together with orange and chocolate treats. Our afternoon retreat will be held at the tranquil & beautiful Henley Yoga Studio.

Evening Hatha Yoga class with Jo

Lets transition from Human Doing to Human Being simply by taking some precious YOU TIME and enjoy a yoga practice. Hatha Yoga - Virtual via Zoom

During the classes we will explore real yoga, we have a different theme each week but every class will have: Pranayama (breathwork) so we learn how it can help to ease the mind. Yogic philosophy so we understand and honour the roots of where the practice comes from,. The physical practice known as asana to build body awareness, strength & stamina with warm up exercises, Sun Salutations and postures both in standing sequences and seated. Relaxation techniques to close the class such as yoga nidra or a guided visualisation & meditation All levels of Yoga Practitioner are welcome from beginners to advanced and prenatal options can be given - all GOYM classes are inclusive to all. Please make sure you have a yoga mat for the practice and some water. If you also have a yoga bolster, blocks/bricks, yoga strap/belt and cushion that would be great and have a blanket & eye pillow handy if you enjoy using them for your final relaxation.
