Wellbeing Mini Retreat

Take a mini retreat away from all of lifes day to day demands and invest in 3hours of blissful YOU TIME. We will take you on a personal guided tour through our favourite go to practices of Hatha Yoga, Qi Gong, Pranayama with Meditation and Yin & Restorative Yoga, all of which will enhance clear thinking, well-being and deep healing for mind, body & soul. Expect grounding & centering breathwork, moving meditations and mindful movement ending with a blissful guided deep relaxation. All of this followed with tea and cake! Evening Hatha Flow Yoga class

Lets transition from Human Doing to Human Being simply by taking some precious YOU TIME and enjoy a yoga practice. During the classes you will experience breathwork to ease busy minds and reconnect to our body with gentle warm up sequences & Sun Salutations and build trength & stamina with standing & seated postures, finishing the practice with a deep guided relaxation. ​Leaving you relaxed, restored and transformed! Wellness Day Retreat

I'm excited to share "Living in Balance" day retreat at the beautiful Henley Yoga Studio. Sunday 25 September 10am - 4pm - Investment £120 per person We've two special guests joining us on the day and we will take you on a personal guided tour through our favourite go to practices of Hatha Yoga, Qi Gong, Pranayama with Meditation and Yin & Restorative Yoga, all of which will enhance clear thinking, well-being and deep healing for mind, body & soul. Steve, owner of The Henley Yoga Studio will deliver a beautiful moving meditation with Qi Gong and Yin yoga showing how these two ancient practices blend beautifully to calm and re-energise the body. To keep our energy vibrant, Jen Roach aka Fearless in the Kitchen has devised a nutrient packed day of delicious food including her infamous cake, so we'll be radiating health long after the day is through. I will guide you through a mindful & soothing hatha flow & Restorative Yoga practice with pranayama & meditation. Hatha Yoga - Virtual via Zoom

During the classes we will explore real yoga, we have a different theme each week but every class will have: Pranayama (breathwork) so we learn how it can help to ease the mind. Yogic philosophy so we understand and honour the roots of where the practice comes from,. The physical practice known as asana to build body awareness, strength & stamina with warm up exercises, Sun Salutations and postures both in standing sequences and seated. Relaxation techniques to close the class such as yoga nidra or a guided visualisation & meditation All levels of Yoga Practitioner are welcome from beginners to advanced and prenatal options can be given - all GOYM classes are inclusive to all.
